We have a job opening with one of our Swiss based Diagnostic client for
a National Sales Manager position based in Mumbai.
POSITION :
National Sales Manager (Retail)– Diabetes Care
LOCATION : Mumbai
(Corporate Office)
QUALIFICATIONS : Graduate in any
stream, with a post-graduate degree / diploma in Sales & Marketing
EXPERIENCE : 12-15
years post-qualification experience in
a similar capacity / or in a Regional Sales role in a FMCG/ OTC sales
organization extensively handling retailing operations ( should have
worked in at least 2-3 regions of India )
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ø Achievement of Sales and Business Development deliverables,
Sales strategy development, implementation and monitoring
Ø Distribution strategy, Distributor appointment & management
Ø Implement and continuously improve field sales systems
Ø Evaluate, monitor and improve performance of Regional Sales
Managers & Area Sales Managers, Staffing & Manpower management, Training
(field sales / new joinees)
Ø Management of key accounts pan – India.
Ø MIS to evaluate Sales & Field efficiency.
Candidates preferably below 40 years of age, with excellent
communication skills, combined with a managerial aptitude & a strong
sales orientation is what we require. Strong negotiation skills and
comfort with interacting with the channel is a must.
