Position: GM Operations
Location : Noida
Role :
Responsible for managing Mortgage Operations for the Client.
Experience in Migration of mortgage process is essential.
Client Management
People Management
Resource management to ensure consistent availability and productivity.
Monitoring and achieving Service Level Agreements (SLA) parameters.
Will be responsible for managing a team of 200 people.
Total experience: 6-12 years of experience in managing Mortgage or
lending processes.
Educational Qualification: MBA (From Premier B-Schoool) - IIM/ XLRI/
SIBM/ MDI/FMS/ IIFT/ NARSEE MONJEE
Desired Skill Sets
Should have good understanding of Mortgage or lending process.
Some experience in supervising Big Teams
Should have good relationship mgmt skills
Should be smart and Innovative.
Excellent Communication Skills
Good analytical skills.
