Purpose :-
Plan , Implement and Control of Systems and Procedures for effective cost and financial management. Ensure compliance for business and corporate governance to provide the support services to contribute to the overall profitability. Manage the role of Company Secretary and ensure adherence to Income tax regulations.
Job Specification :-
Educational Qualifications :- CA /CS/member of ICFAI
Professional Experience :-
· Must have worked in a large NBFC for 3-4 years as Financial controller.
· Should have good money market understanding
· Should have dealt with various financial institutions, banks and mutual funds.
· Must have worked in a similar function handling large volumes.
· Should have a working comprehension of Banking financials.
