The professional: -
-Should preferably have a FRM/CFA/CA/PRMIA Qualification/ Quantitative
Finance/Financial Engineering/ MSc/MBA. (Operations Research/Quantitati ve
Background).
-Must have 10-20 years of experience in Banking/Consulting and Project
Management experience, with a good knowledge of Basel II / SOX (Retail
Banking/Wholesale Banking /Capital markets).
-Should possess deep Quantitative Operational Risk/Credit and Market
Risk/ALM/FTP expertise (both Business and Technology).
-Should preferably have exposure to risk applications such as SAS,
Algorithmics, Fermat Algo, OpenPages, etc.
-Should preferably have excellent understanding of Economic Capital
Approaches.
-Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibility: -
-Risk Consulting with CEO/CFO/CRO of Leading Banks, Financial Institutions,
and Insurance Companies.
-Advising Banks on approach to Risk Policies, Processes, Systems,
Analytics, Data Management and Technology.
-Advisory Role of Risk and Compliance related activities in addition to
Program Management of Solution Implementation on Risk Consulting Projects.
