Years of Experience - 10 + years

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage an effective performance management
process, including reviews, performance counseling and
improvements, stack ranking and payment of monthly
incentives for agents, and end of the year ratings
moderation for all employees in the SBU other than for SBU
Head's Direct Reports

Achieve continuous improvement in HR drivers of
profitability like salary budgets, manpower utilization,
vacancy outstanding days at agent level, teeth-to-tail
ratios (billable vs non-billable staff), etc.

Achieve high eSat (Employee Engagement/Employee
Satisfaction) , high retention and low attrition through
proactive employee engagement

Build organizational redundancies by career and succession
planning and employee development

Forecast manpower requirements for the SBU - operations and
support staff

Develop and implement appropriate R&R Plans as per the
requirements of various functions within overall
organizational/ HR guidelines and budgets

Streamline HR reporting, governance and compliance processes

Define and comply with internal HR Processes and Systems
within BTO India

Help create a high performance and open transparent culture,
which is grounded in and wedded to Company values

Retain talent by proactively engaging with people and
enriching their jobs and spotting early symptoms of
simmering issues in the SBU and resolving them with the help
of SBU Head ... act as employee champion within the SBU

Create a motivated team that has clarity of goals and a
development orientation

Build team synergy and bonding within HR Team as well as
help the SBU Head doing so for the SBU Management Team

Define job responsibilities of the SBU HR Team, supervise
and review performance and coach on an ongoing basis to
achieve results

Provide inputs to Strategic HR (BTO India HR/LD/Training
Leader's Central Team) through HR Council as well as other
interactions so that appropriate policies and initiatives
could be created and implemented to meet SBU and
organizational goals

Assist in and ensure effective roll-out of all organization
wide HR initiatives initiated and led by India BTO HR &
LD/Training Leader
