ooking for a person for the position of Head- Hospitality Projects, for an MNC in the Real Estate sector. The company has a clientele which include public and private hotel operators, private equity groups, institutions, specialist hotel investors, property companies and developers.
The person would be
Ø Leading a team of hotel advisory and investment sales professionals in the emerging hotel markets
Ø Leading the process of developing strong relationships with local hotel operators, developers and owners.
Ø Managing assignments, including negotiating with clients, working with delivery teams and co-ordinating with third parties (legal, regulatory, specialist advisors etc)
The candidate
Ø Must be an MBA, with experience of atleast 12-15 years
Ø Should have real estate, hospitality, consulting or financial background.
Ø Must have strong experience in business development, significant management experience,
Ø Expertise in best practice consulting and advisory practices
Ø Understanding of key contractual documents and processes supporting real estate development and investment
