Regional Sales Promotional Manager
The incumbent will have to develop and execute market activation programs keeping in line with the brands/ service standards to achieve high quality customers for the BANK
Creatively translate brand and "Theme" campaign propositions into low-cost, localized market activation programs and execute the same at the branch and the surrounding areas for effective client engagement.
Plan and execute community engagement programs in and around branches. Analyze relevant competitor strategies and price, product and service offerings. Liaise with Central marketing teams to ensure consistency of style and approach. Along with putting forth the clear strategy for your Domain. Gain approval from Regional Director.
Educational Qualification: MBA 1999 -2000 batch.
Total Experience: 7 - 10 years
Industry Preference: Banking and financial Industry
Job Location: Delhi/NCR
Should be working as a Below line Sales Promotional manager for at least 1-2 years in a leading MNC Bank or Insurance company.
Should have experience in planning, organizing and executing ground events.
Should be creative and have ability to identify/conceive clutter-breaking event and sponsorship opportunities.
Excellent people mgmt skills.
Ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams with varying skills.
Ability to make quick decisions
Should be willing to travel
Good Negotiating & Persuasive skills
Excellent Communication skills
Smart and intelligent person
