We have been retained by our client for the following two positions:
The Positions: AVP – Finance and Manager US-GAAP
Both positions Report to: Finance Controller
Location: Noida
For AVP – Finance position the candidate will possess 6 – 10 years of experience.
For Manager- US GAAP the candidate will possess 3 – 5 years of experience.
Essentials for both the positions:
* CA or MBA Finance
* Experience of handling a team in a BPO setup
* Exposure to a US GAAP Accounting, which includes the following aspects -
* 10 K
* 10 Q
* FAS 133
* FAS 52
* FAS 123 R
* Experience of working with a MNC would be an advantage
* Should have worked in a global environment, managing a team of diverse portfolios.
* Should be able to operate as the subject matter expert to others in day to day working
Key Responsibilities
* Establishing delivery model for the finance team and defining process metrics
* Establish clear review mechanism and reporting structures
* Timely and effective Delivery on established metrics
* Improvement in Quality and Productivity
* Managing Employee Satisfaction and attrition within the team
* Work on migration methodology for transferring work in a structured fashion and ensuring business growth
* Establishing a review/ reporting mechanism.
* Review progress of action plans and check effectiveness.
* Provide leadership to team of managers, team leaders and analysts.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards
