Location : Gurgaon
Description
The position will be responsible for leading the SBU
as a profit centre.
The specific KRA’s for the position include
•Carry end-to-end responsibility for developing the
strategic direction and goals
•Hold accountability for managing the operations of
the vertical.
•Lead the closure of high-value long-term deals and
manage the pipeline
•Direct the Business planning process, Customer
acquisition and Relationship Management, Competency
development and Solution delivery management.
•Will be required to participate in global industry
forums and create mindshare/visibilit y for the
organisation’ s domain expertise
•Keep abreast with industry solution requirements and
actively engage in commensurate competency
development.
The position will address global opportunities and
will be required to travel extensively. It will manage
multi-locational teams.
Qualifications:
•Btech/MBA/CA with 14+ years of total experience.
•Minimum 5+ years experience in management/IT
consultancy
•Significant depth and breadth of understanding of the
structure, systems and processes in the public
services domain. Must have experience of leading large
consulting assignments in this domain
•Experience in driving business revenues
•Excellence in analytical and conceptual competencies
with demonstrated ability to develop creative/
non-traditional solutions
•Good leader, self-starter and proven team player in a
high achievement oriented environment.
•Willingness to travel extensively
