POSITION 1:
HP Analytics Services - Marcom Account Management (Account Lead) Chennai/Bangalore
Description:
This position is responsible for handling all the marketing collateral requirements of a particular Business Unit.
This business unit lead will be responsible for understanding, managing, coordinating team resources in order to meet the particular Business Unit needs.
Specific Responsibilities:
•Understand scope out and define all the marketing collaterals / sales tools needs for the particular business unit including, finalizing the brief to ensuring the task is completed.
•Responsible for ensuring all sales/marketing collateral including creative design, copy (content management/development), layout are delivered in time and as per the requirements of the particular business unit
•Act as main point of contact for! the Business Unit in consultation with the project manager
•Assures Marcom projects for the BU are on strategy and completed on time.
•Ensures effective management of overall projects, including metrics/status updates
•Develop and maintain strong partnerships that promote collaborative working engagements.
•Work collaboratively with the clients to develop long-term roadmap for increasing portfolio of services.
Qualifications:
•Requires 3+ years of expert level knowledge in area of marketing communications (marketing collateral, direct marketing, advertising) preferably as part of off-shore team, plus project management experience
•Master"s (graduate) degree in Business Administration or Marketing
•Ability to negotiate , push back and prioritize requests coming in for the different Business Units
•Highly Effective project managements skills
•Depth of knowledge acro! ss marketing communications discipline and managing to objecti! ves
•Demonstrated ability and desire for creating and fostering collaborative off-shore relationships
•Enthusiasm/high interest for playing key role in developing and executing off-shore working model
•Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills

HP Analytics Services - Marcom Copywriting
Job Responsibilities:
•Own the process of assembly, writing, editing, delivering sales tools/collaterals
•Synthesize content from existing solution plans, competitive analysis and case studies and create sales tools in pre-defined formats
•Write fresh content for marketing collaterals
•Work with graphics team to produce final deliverable
•Manage and deliver changes to documents and formats as and when required
Required Skills
•At least 4 years of content creation/ copy! writing /development experience is required
•Excellent written/verbal, editing and presentation skills in English
•Strong command of the US English language, grammar and syntax
•Able to be self-motivated in fast-paced environment
•Knowledge and experience in writing for IT marketing & services is essential
•Leadership/ownership of processes and associated tasks
•Appreciation of business context of material and ability to quickly pick up domain expertise on solutions/technology
•Computer skills, including all Microsoft products
•Ability to process diverse information sources and create meaningful content from them as per requirements
•Detail oriented and process focused
•Ability to manage multiple deliverables with minimum guidance and pro-actively set up communication processes with stakeholders

Job Description
* Work with marketing team and work on all marketing collaterals
* Own the creation of graphic designs for sales tools/collaterals
* High quality PDF"s to be created from Quark for PDF / Print
Desired Profile/ Education & Experience:
•Any Graduate
•At least 4 years of relevant experience
•Knowledge of Publishing Industry, worked for either magazines or books
•Advantage if specialization or experience in creating Brochures / Flyers / Datasheets / Cheatsheets etc.
•Knowledge of the IT services and product market preferred
Other Requisites:
•Good communication skills
•Ability to create High quality PDF"s from Quark for PDF / Print
•Detail oriented and process focused
•Ab! ility to manage multiple deliverables with minimum guidance and pro-actively set up communication processes with stakeholders
