Position: Program Manager, Internationalizatio n (IPM)

Job Responsibility:
This position is for a Program Manager in the Core Services and Technologies group. In this role the person will be responsible for program management of localization of Adobe products. He/she will be responsible for cross functional scheduling, delivery tracking, coordination and driving all the milestones for the products. There will be a need to manage the localization vendors in different countries. Handling dependencies in and out will be a key activity for the person hired on this position.
The person should have good knowledge of a software product development life cycle. The person should be a go-getter with ability to multi-task and stay on top of lot of things simultaneously and be able to manage project schedules using MS Project.
Knowledge & Skills:
· BE/BS degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science) required with a recent backgrounds in program/project management with an MBA a plus
· Strong technical background and experience of working with cross-functional teams
· Experience managing and maintaining complex projects across multiple teams
· Working closely with engineering to identify issues and resolve it with the vendors / product team
· Ability to facilitate inter-departmental meetings to resolve complex issues.
· Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
· Vendor management skills
· Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and work with a team. A "get-it-done" self-starter who not only gets it done quickly and smartly, but delivers a high quality result
· Proactive, flexible, and have impeccable follow through. Eagerly take on any tasks that need to be accomplished
Education:
· Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent (Required!)
· MBA or equivalent degree or experience to match
· Relevant Project Management experience and/or PMP certification will be desired
Work Experience:
· 3 to 8 yrs of IT industry experience, preferably in a product company / good brand name
