have a requirement for HR Managers (3 Numbers) for a
large organiztion. This organization has a total of
5000+ manpower out of which 2500+ is in IT Development
center and 2500+ in BPO.
Skill sets required for all positions :
MBA (only Regular please) from a good Management
institute
6 to 10 yrs experience in HR Generalist role in a
large IT organization which employs at least 2500 (2
positions) and for 1 position BPO experience is
mandatory.
Should have experience in employee relations, C&B and
other post-recruitment functions.
Excellent soft skills
