JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Establish, maintain and manage relationships of customers with forex exposures in the ECG and CBG segments.
* Skills in analysis and selling of derivative products.
* Develop target segments and customers.
* Tap maximum potential from existing customers and target segments
* Keeping the client updated on the Forex market movements.
* Giving qualified advice to clients on Forex markets. Ensure that market updates are promptly dispatched to clients
* Information to clients on changes in regulatory policies.
* Meet existing as well as target clients on an on-going basis
* Awareness about the markets / customers
* Adhering to Sales processes, (To have complete MIS on customers)
* Adherence to limits
* Efficient Communication with other internal departments
* Dealing Discipline with customers / interbank
* Keeping abreast on all regulations / internal guidelines
* Ensure clear understanding and implementation of the processes laid down in the process audit manual.
* Maintain timeliness on all activities
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
* Preferably MBA from premier institution with 2 to 5 yrs experience in treasury.
* Minimum one-year experience in Banking with relevant experience of 18 months.
* Knowledge about exchange control regulations pertaining to forex.
* Experience should include some exposure to customer relationship management/sales. – Preferably in the South of India
* Should have strong academic background.
* Knowledge/exposure to trade finance products.
* Combination of selling skills and strong operations background
* Good communication and presentation skills.
Compensation: Not a constraint for the right candidate.
