My client is actively recruiting for a Multi-Unit Business Consultant. This person can be located in any city with easy access to an aiport, located in the Western part of the country.
Position Description
The Multi-Unit Business Consultant will act as the liaison between independent franchise business operators and the franchisor. The Consultant’s function is to assist and where necessary, direct franchisees in achieving short and long-term company objectives and goals in accordance with the Franchise Agreement while protecting the corporate brand.
The position exists to provide leadership, training, coaching, advice, and assistance to franchise business owners and operators. They will assist the franchisees to positively impact and improve their business plan, sales, profits, and operating standards, while maintaining or exceeding customer expectations.
