stream, with a post-graduate degree in HR.
EXPERIENCE : 12-15
years post-qualification experience in
Generalist HR.

* Talent Acquisition
* Organization Design/ structuring
* Manpower Planning & Productivity studies & support in
implementation
* HR Policies & procedures – Best practices Benchmarking
* Performance Mgmt
* Compensation & Benefits (Including Incentive, Performance Pay, ESOP
Etc)
* Recognition/ Reward
* Employee Engagement & Employee Retention Plans
* Career/Succession plans
* HR systems & IT enablement (HRIS)
* HR Budget & Analysis
* HR audit
Candidates with excellent communication skills, combined with a
managerial aptitude is what we require. Strong negotiation skills and
comfort with interacting with the channel is a must.
