Location Head ( Business Head) for top Media Technology Start Up:
Our client a Media Technology start up with going to be a large and
very successful business in India and globe.
Our client cherishes an excellent culture, business model and
technologies created inhouse.
Now we have been exclusively retained to search and recommend strong
Location Head for our client in Delhi & Bangalore.
The position will have the following responsibilities :
• Meet P&L Responsibilities on time
• Meet Market coverage for the services and products of the
company
• Provide business leadership to team , to prospects etc
• Carry out intensive sales activities.
The position will have direct reports such as : Location sales head,
customer support, and support function.
The position will report to : EVP Sales
The total remuneration will be excellent which can go upto Rs 8-10
lacs+ variable compensation to 60-70% + ESOP
We are looking for dynamic business professionals with excellent
network, leadership , and work experience in Media/ Telecom/ FMCG to
the extent of 6-8 years.
Candidates need to be MBAs from leading B Schools in the country
