Opening for Deal Manager, Cisco – Based in Singapore

Responsibilities
Pricing and structuring of medium to large ticket financing transactions for defined sales regions within Asia Pacific. Assist in the approval and implementation of finance packages to the Customer. This includes balancing evolving customer requirements with profitability management and mitigation of Residual Risk. Responsible for the communication and integration activities in the Deal Management and Sales Finance processes within the Co for the region. Responsible for the provision of customer and financial information to the sales team for potential mid-term lease re-write opportunities within the region. Responsible for facilitating and sales enabling activities within current policies to drive new sales opportunities. Responsible for training and keeping the Leasing Account Managers up to date on Pricing issues.


Requirements
Business degree with 8-10 relevant years of working experience, preferred with business expertise showing demonstrated experience in business partnerships with other business functions within the company. Leasing knowledge a plus but not a must. Must have strong communication and problem solving skills. Able to demonstrates some experience in job performance management and must be a self starter working to tight internal business and customer deadlines. Strong Excel and other Microsoft Office software packages knowledge is essential and should also have a strong grasp of complex financial modeling. Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills. The position prefers an understanding of Cisco's general business strategy and processes, prior exposure to various other functional organisation a plus.
Must be willing to undertake occassional business travel.







Opening for Business Development Manager – Based in Singapore

Cisco Capital is looking for a senior business development manager, with a strong understanding of Cisco's channel strategy in APAC, to lead and implement extended terms financing programs across the theatre.

Requirements
The successful candidate should be able to:

- Understand APAC theatre requirements and work directly with APAC channels head to understand and align company's efforts to the APAC channels strategy.
- Identify country specific requirements and develop programmatic solutions through structure, documentation and pricing to facilitate channel sales in the theatre
- Work directly with country teams to set up finance programs to achive country specific channel objectives
- Manage finance partners, ensure robust process exists with rapid turnaround in all areas, reporting regularly on results and next steps

In addition, Cisco channels and/or 12 plus years of finance industry knowledge in the region is advantegous as well as a strong understanding of the channel / reseller business dynamics and an ability to solve customer needs through creative financing solutions. You should be able to to influence, manage and negotiate with cross functional teams, and third party finance companies
