Allegro Capital1 is looking to grow their Corporate Finance Advisory
team across its offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. Incumbents
will be working in corporate finance areas like domestic &
cross-border M&A , Joint venture Advisory, Private Equity, IPO
Advisory, Corporate and Capital Restructuring. The company offers an

Experience Level: 0-2 Years Post MBA
The candidates should have extremely good grounding in Finance with
strong analytical and communication skills. Attitudinally he should
have an entrepreneurial mindset, attention to detail, drive for client
servicing and teamwork.
Compensation: Competitive with an aggressive performance bonus.
Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/ Delhi
Experience Level: 5-8 Years
Role: Middle Management.
Leading execution of Corporate Finance Engagements;
Assisting in strengthening of client relationships;
Contributing to origination of Corporate Finance Engagements by;
developing expertise in one or more industries
networking with peers in the market-place
Assisting in growing the Corporate Finance team.
Desired Experience:
At least five years of hands on experience in one or more areas of
corporate finance such as corporate finance advisory, valuations, M&A,
strategic planning, fund raising, capital markets
Worked with advisory firms, consultancies, investment banks or
corporate finance divisions of leading corporates
Attitudes like entrepreneurial drive, relationship building and
networking abilities, creativity and ability to think on one's feet,
persuasive written and oral communication skills and leadership
abilities with willingness to go the extra mile.
