in Mumbai.
Position: Relationship Manager
Experience:
Sales experience of 1-3 yrs in Investment firms,brokerage, Insurance
companies and banks.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Manages an existing portfolio of cms to cross sell different
products of the bank with main focus on Wealth.
2) Acquires new cms through active referrals from cms in existing
portfolio and self generated leads and thereafter adds these cms to
his existing portfolio for future cross sell.
3) Implements client engagement programs with a view to ensure top of
mind recall for cms in his portfolio.
4) Easily establish relationship with customers and build a rapport·
Relate well to different types of customers and adapt his style to
ensure that the customer is comfortable·
5) Is able to instil confidence in the customer on providing
financial advise related to investments, insurance, loans, simple
banking transactions.
6) Is able to persuade others to one own point of view and present
the key benefits persuasively.· Is able to remain calm and composed
in adverse situations and answer customer objections convincingly and
professionally.
