Job Description : CTO-Product Management and Engineering, Innovation Labs,
Position reports into the Chief Innovations Officer.
1. Responsibilities
Product Management of next generation products in the domain of Customer Acquisition and Customer Service. Key expectations include:
Creating the Product vision and the Product blueprint based on analysis of Market needs and Competition offerings as well as on latent, unstated needs of the Consumer.
Architecture, Design and Development of the Products using Web 2.0 Technologies.
Managing the Pre-sales process in terms of Branding, Communication and Statement of business case.
Managing the deployment of Products for Clients from both the Technology and the Business Process perspective.
2. Core capabilities
a. Product Management of Software products and services, and their Version Control and Release Management (and other parts of product life cycle)
b. Ability to lead the complete Technology effort required to deliver the promise.
3. Skills
a. Branding and Communication.
b. Expertise in Web 2.0 technologies including Web Services, Ajax deployments, .NET environment, Data Warehousing, Data Mining
c. Technology Operations management
4. Experience
Minimum of 10-18 years in the stated areas, preferably with CRM products / services
