1) AVP Lead Generation:


· Manage all the operational metrics (efficiency and productivity) at a CSE-level, Agency-level, City-level etc.

· Overall responsibility of meeting Leads targets, even while adhering to the quality parameters, all done while controlling costs.

· Design & implementation of a comprehensive R&R Program for the Telecallers.

· Work closely with the internal Quality & Training teams to design & calendarise the Training module.

· Co-ordinate the Training schedule across all Agencies, to ensure quality & timely training, at the desired frequency.

· Is responsible for the resource planning, as well as for drawing up expansion plans.
To ensure maximum capacity utilization, by monitoring attrition, recruitment etc…


· Manage Lead generation through total Online campaign management, which includes developing the online strategy, media buying, creative execution, campaign optimisation, CPL management etc…

· Develop new trends / innovations in online marketing, like Search Engine Marketing, Gaming etc…

· Monitor, analyze & gain insights into campaign performance for further optimization and improvement in cost efficiencies.

· Manage the current InstaInsure process for buying policies online.
Use media to promote InstaInsure and generate business.


· Manage the entire flow of data from ATLAS to the Dialler and back, after telecalling.
Closely manage the data replenishment cycle to ensure adequate data at all times.


· Monitor all the essential Dashboard metrics & other MIS & take the necessary interventions.
Work along with the Analytics team for insights into managing & improving the efficiency metrics

2) Sr. Mgr. Marketing Analytics:

Provide Insights at a Database-level


· Database Management : set rules, manage process, data updation, de-dupe, rules for rechurning of data, increasing efficiency metrics , enrichment of dataetc...

· Manage all database-related MIS and Dashboard metrics.

· Use of statistical tools to provide Insights to the Data Procurement Manager Eg. by types of databases, Data Quality metric, vendors, vintage, income, age, telescript, sample MIS etc….

· Coordinate with the BIU team to generate & run an Upsell calendar for the DM team.

Provide Insights at a Telecaller-level


· Manage all Telecaller-related efficiency metrics, generate MIS and Dashboard metrics.

· Use of statistical tools to provide Insights to the OB TM team
Eg. By Agency, Vintage, Team Leader, Quality Score, Training Score, Hiring Agency, Prior experience etc….

· Monitor impact of RnR Programs / send Contest Updates etc….

Provide Insights at a FSC-level


· Manage all FSC-related efficiency metrics, generate MIS and Dashboard metrics.

· Use of statistical tools to provide Insights to the FSC Sales Mgmt team Eg. By City, Vintage, Manager, Leads Funnel, Audit Score, Training Score etc….

· Monitor impact of RnR Programs / send Contest Updates etc….
