Primary Responsibilities of Position:
1) Lead mini SMP (Strategic Marketing Program)
sessions
o collect market information via secondary research
and via internal resources
o anchor primary research studies through external
resources / summer trainees
o prepare mini-SMP sessions
o coordinate execution of mini SMP action plans
2) Company will guarantee new projects at the end of 1
year in other businesses if delivery and quality are
mutually agreed as satisfactory
CI/BI
• Track success against key competitors from industry
data as well as internal data from sales force
automation system
• Obtain information from internal and external
sources, assess the value and write reports
• Conduct and manage intelligence gathering and
investigations within respective geographies and
functions
• Research, analyze and synthesize various competitor
data including current customer issues, product
strategies, value offerings, etc
• Perform internal product/portfolio analysis to
include tracking of Honeywell technology per platform,
product pricing, and demand planning data
• Present findings in crisp presentations to business
leader
Strategy
• Provide insights into Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
and Strategic Plan (STRAP) to business leaders
• Integrate AOP and STRAP for business leader
Travel
• Regular travel to Seelze for information gathering
• Regular travel to Brussels for mini SMP session
• Estimate travel to Brussels/Europe, 2 weeks each
quarter
Mandatory Requirements:
• Full Time Bachelor’s degree from renowned/reputed
college/university is a must
• B.Sc. or B. Tech degree (ideally in Chemical
Sciences/Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering)
• MBA in Marketing or 2 years in a marketing role in
lieu thereof
