Profile:
This position is for a Greenfield project being set up in Uttaranchal. The
key focus areas for this position will be:
* To maintain a conducive employee relations climate & implement HR
policies
* Carry out administrative and welfare activities in the plant.
* Developing people capability in the team to support delivery of
agreed objectives on the balanced scorecard agenda.
* To support the project team in the factory set-up phase
* Driving HR functional Contract (Cost Strategy)
* HR Strategy & Roadmap
* Statutory Compliance & Interfacing with statutory authorities
* People development, including implementation of rigorous performance
appraisal (KRA), closure of PDP process and training system
* Employee Relations
* Training and development initiatives for executives and operators
* Welfare Administration
* Manpower planning
* Adherence to company policies and procedures
Specifications:
* MBA (HR) with 6-7 years experience in factory HR environment.
* Experience in manufacturing industry is a must
* Excellent people management skills
* High on initiative
