Product Head/ Sr Product Mgr – AOL Interactive Media
AOL Interactive Media has an immediate opening for an Assistant Product Manager in our Bangalore office. The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible to lead the localization and launch of key AOL products (Webmail, IM, AIM Pages, etc) in India - responsible for product localization/ strategy and business development. The emphasis will be towards driving adoption and usage of the products.
Manage the AOL Interactive Media PRD for forthcoming versions.
Responsibilities
Work closely with a cross-functional internal team to gather customer feedback and ensure smooth and successful product launches and business dev activities
Engage closely with the engineering/ technology team (US and India)
Work closely with Content & Programming teams to create the / manage the PRD
Competitive analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Engineering or Computer Science
MBA from reputed school preferred
Demonstrated experience shipping products (concept to launch).
6-8 years total experience ...3-4 years in Product Management
Passion for the Internet and portal/interactive media markets
Understanding of user needs in India and an innovative history of addressing them.
Excellent organizational skills including the ability to build effective working relationships.
