Sales:
Delivery of monthly business value (in crores).
Delivery of monthly brand wise targets .
Design and implementation of BTL activities.
Design and implementation of innovative channel contests.
Sales Development:
Planning of infrastructure at distributor level and analysis
of Financial Health.
Delivery of monthly Leading Indicators – the indices used
to measure health of business.
Training and Development of Field Force .
Commercials:
Sales estimation and planning for over all brands SKU-wise
Planning for VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) stock norms SKU-
wise to minimize sale loss, at distributor level.
3 month pack wise forecasting for all brands.
Sanctioning and processing of Claims.
