Financial Controller
Educational qualification: MBA - Finance / CA - 1st attempt.
Industry Experience: Service Sector (Prefer : IT/ Telecom/ BPO)
Total experience: 12 - 15 years of experience after post graduation
Location: Gurgaon
The incumbent should be working in a leading Multinational company as a CFO/ Director Finance/ Director financial planning/ Vice President - Finance & Accounts for at least 1 year.
Should have expertise in not only Finance & Accounts but should also have good understanding/ experience of IT service, IT security & Networking.
Should have good experience in Finance & Accounts / Financial planning & Analysis. Experience in US GAAP & SOX are mandatory.
Should have experience in Pricing, negotiations, budgeting, understand the legal clause & liaison with Banks.
Experience in supervising international assignments/ projects is also preferred.
Experience in project transitioning from overseas.
Must have prior experience in Business Development, Client servicing, providing solutions to the external clients.
Willing to work in an unstructured environment and organize it.
Ability to take up challenges and lead the company to grow in right director.
Ability to influence people at all levels
