Infosys BPO (formerly known as Progeon) is the BPO arm of Infosys Technologies with a customer list that includes several Fortune 100 companies. Infosys BPO is looking for an engagement manager to be based in London. The engagement manager is fully responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned accounts. S/he anchors the following responsibilities:

Business development with the assigned accounts
*
Own client relationship management across the client organization
*
Driving commercials and contract discussions
*
Ensure customer satisfaction on operations
*
Build cross group collaboration
The successful candidate would have 7-10 years of experience in a customer facing role either in a consulting firm, bank or any other professional service company. MBA from a premier institute is a pre-requisite.
