We are seeking to recruit candidates with in-depth experience in after
sales service or logistics, for a niche, focussed international
consulting firm. The firm specialises in addressing key issues in the
Marketing, Sales, Service and Logistics areas, for high technology and
retailing industries. They are currently executing a large, high profile
assignment in the country, for which they require local expertise and at
least 5-8 years of experience in the above areas.
The Job
You will oversee the implementation of a nationwide after sales project
for a leading multinational mobile phones manufacturer. You will be
deeply involved in building and implementing the services and material
distribution processes and in creating organisational capability to
manage the function. You will report to the India project lead and be
under the supervision of the UK based project lead.
Your Profile
You must be an Engineer or MBA, with 5-8 years of experience in
logistics or after sales service and should preferably have been
involved in setting up projects in these areas. Experience with the
high-technology / telecommunication industry or prior consulting
experience would be an advantage. You must have excellent inter-personal
and communication skills and must be well versed with IT based systems
and packages.
