Our Client's Finance Transformation services provide the CFO with
tools to optimise wealth creation through finance excellence. Our
solutions help CFOs position the Finance organisation as a driver
for a company's growth and profitability
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be part of one of the leading Finance Transformation
practices in the UK and work with our Clients to develop their
vision for Finance. With practical experience of implementing
solutions in complex organisations, you will help our Clients
redefine and optimise their support functions, streamline operations
and drive performance in Finance, Accounting, Knowledge Management
and IT.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
To flourish you will need to possess and demonstrate a number of
competencies:
• Strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for outgoing
team players!
• Experience working in a major blue chip organisation or
consultancy company; demonstrated career progression.
• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g. CIMA, ACA,
ACCA, CIPFA).
• A good first degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge/experienc e of implementing supporting technologies
including consolidation/ reporting/ performance management
applications and ERP solutions (e.g. Hyperion, Cognos, Oracle, SAP).
• Practical experience of implementing performance management,
working capital management, finance process or shared services
solutions in complex organisations.
• Worked within a significant finance transformation change or
improvement programme.
• Strong general consulting skills and the ability to overcome
internal barriers through the use of drive, determination and
persuasion.
• Demonstrable ability to handle clients in politically
challenging environments and to work to demanding
timeframes/deadline s.
• Experience of working as part of a cross functional team.
All Consultants need to be fully flexible in terms of assignment
location as these roles may involve periods of time away from home
during the week at short notice. We offer an excellent remuneration
