There is an opening in Hewlett Packard's Strategic Initiative Team in the
Business Process Outsourcing arm based out of Bangalore.
Details of the role are:
JD - Responsible for Projects & Initiatives that will be led by the
Strategic Initiatives team. The Strategic Initiatives Team works with the
President of HP's BPO Operations on key Leadership Initiatives in the BPO.
Initiatives are in areas of People Management, Operations & Process
Management, and Cost.
Requirement: Someone with a Consulting background / Project Management or
has done similar roles in the outsourcing industry.
Basically a
1. CA/MBA with 4-5 yrs experience
2. Energetic, Self starter who is comfortable in dealing with Senior
Management
3. Good Project Management Skills
4. Excellent Analytical Skills
Key Responsibilities include
1. Conducting studies / projects which impact the organizations
strategic direction and operational health.
2. Deep Diving into areas of Operations and Cost, analyzing the same,
spotting trends and interpreting data for meaningful action.
3. Identifying Best Practices in areas of Process Improvement & Costs
and successfully transfer/implementa tion of best practices across centers.
