>Ensure that assigned targets of getting appropriate
companies to the ISB for recruitment are met through:

>§ Formulation of strategy to cover all
sectors which are of interest to students

>§ Understand student needs, guide them
regarding opportunities in the market and also counsel
them on their careers.

>§ Establish relationship across multiple
levels in organizations and be the single point
contact for all ISB recruiters in west.
>
>§ Explore, identify and develop new companies
based on given parameters.
>
>§ To spearhead initiatives undertaken by the
school eg Alumni meet or recruiter meets.

>a) Additional Requirements -

>§ Exposure in reputed companies in either
marketing or recruiting function.

>§ Ability to put together high quality
presentations and hold discussions with top management
of companies.
