The Role: V.P. online services
Responsibility: Build, deploy and run the online offering
What we are looking for:
Ÿ 5+ Years of consumer product management experience in a top online media firm in both for-pay and advertisement based services
Ÿ Proven track record of online audience development
Ÿ Previous P&L experience a big plus
Ÿ MBA or equivalent from a top tier institution required

The Role: Chief Editor online and digital offerings
Responsibility: Create online and other digital content and develop global audience
What we are looking for:
Ÿ Proven track record of creative success in publishing (or other media) for children of all ages
Ÿ Strong point of view on children’s entertainment and education with the desire to develop a distinctive and differentiated ‘voice’

The Role: Chief Architect of technology platform
Responsibility: Develop scalable technology platform for hosting multiple sites and services
What we are looking for:
Ÿ 5+ years in consumer web-based development, a strong point of view on the latest web platforms (Ruby on Rails, LAMP, AJAX , etc.), and in-depth experience with at least one ‘stack’
Ÿ Director or VP Engineering of one or more early stage companies, and/or Senior Architect/Technical Lead in a larger company
Ÿ Ability to assemble a team of top technology talent quickly
Ÿ Solid understanding of high traffic, ad and subscription based web site deployment and operations
Ÿ Masters in Computer science or equivalent from top tier institution

The Role: VP print, digital and physical products
Responsibility: Achieve aggressive growth in physical media – print, DVDs, VCDs, and merchandise
What we are looking for:
Ÿ 8+ Years experience in consumer goods and/or media distribution
Ÿ Ability to develop deep relationships with multiple retail partners (both physical and online stores)
Ÿ Willingness for hands-on execution in a start-up environment
Ÿ Previous P&L experience a big plus

The Roles: Creative writers, graphic artists and animators for online services and digital products (4)

What we are looking for:

Ÿ Deep subject matter expertise on any educational topic (e.g., history, physics, mathematics) a big plus

Responsibility: Audience development, marketing, and partnership development (online, mobile, TV etc.)
