Cushman and Wakefield has recently been acquired by the Agnelli family and is diversifying into related fields. It is setting up a Real Estate Transaction Advisory + Prop investments team in India (1 associate + 1 principal) which will report to the APAC team in Hong Kong. I have been asked to refer candidates for the associate role by someone who is soon joining Cushman's board post the buyout as a non exec director.
