based at Dubai .
Key Deliverables of this role :
Achievement of sales & collection targets for the Retail segment
in UAE.
1. Building effective relationships with the customers-both
existing as well as prospective key competition outlets to
increase shop share.
2. Expansion of the DTS network as per plans of the unit
3. Conceptualizing, planning & execution of sales promotion
activities –mostly BTL- this is the most critical activity.
4. Effective planning & execution of new product launches
5. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures
and guidelines
6. Training & development of the front line field force

Operations, Finance, Admin, Technical, Customer Service,
Sales Managers-Projects, Exports .
Structure of team : Front line Retail Sales Executives
