The professional: -
- Should preferably have a Graduate Degree from IIT/NIT/BITS and a
Post Graduate Qualification from IIM/Top 10 B-School MBA/CA
(Ranker)/CFA.
(Should have completed his/her MBA from the Class of
1999/2000/2001/ 2002.)
- Must have 4 – 6 years of Post MBA experience as a Business Analyst
in the Corporate Lending / Leasing Domains with Top Tier IT Software
Services Firms in India/USA.
- Should have deep domain expertise in any of the abovesaid business
domains to act as an excellent viamedia between the functional
business users (at a Senior level) and the Technical delivery team.
- Should have excellent experience in Application Development,
Business Analysis and Functional Project Management roles in the abovesaid domains.
- Should have excellent experience in end-to-end functional project
management including Requirement Gathering, Functional Design,
Impact Assessment, Business Analysis, Project delivery, Testing and Release
Management.
- Should have demonstrated ability in translating business requirements
into IT focused System development definitions.
- Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibility: -
- Functional Project Management.
- Testing and Release Management. (Functional and User Acceptance
Testing).
- Functional Architecture Management.
- Mapping the functional requirements of the business to the systems.
- Technical and Business Analysis of the project(s).
