Senior Vice President / Vice President – Equity Capital Markets
The candidate will be responsible for generation of business
opportunity ideas, seeking relevant financial solutions, selling the
concept effectively and regular client coverage as part of business
development. Will be leading the Equity Capital Markets team for the
company and be involved in a deal right from origination through to
structuring, coordinating with the regulator, marketing, setting up
the road show, bringing in the orders, and launching the securities
on the market.
We are looking for professionals with:
• Experience in working on IPO, FPO, ADR/GDR, FCCB advisory
engagements
• Relationships with Companies, Investors, Regulators & Exchanges
• Effective Client Engagement Skills
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Prior Capital Markets experience of 6 + years
