Sr. Relationship Managers –Private Client Group

The company is seeking Senior Relationship Managers to build a new
line of business in its Private Client Group. It is an exciting
opportunity for mature, aggressive corporate sales professionals to
build a business, in an empowering environment.

POSITION DECRIPTION:

Responsible for driving sales and meeting sales numbers for the PCG
segment through aggressive customer acquisition, client servicing
and relationship building initiatives. Deliver on the assigned
sales/relationship targets. Source new customers through various
initiatives such as client referrals, event management and lead
generation, cold calling, customer visits etc. Work closely with the
advisory and product development teams for delivering specialized
advise to the clients on any product. Ensure levels of client
servicing as per defined SLA's at the front office as well as back
office (response to customers, query resolution). Periodic reporting
on sales numbers, customer satisfaction and acquisition targets.
Coordinate internally on documentation, MIS and CRM reporting,
client servicing and issue resolution and regional tele calling
support. Develop and expand existing client relationships. Excellent
compensation and long term prospects.

Positions exist in Mumbai/Delhi/ Bangalore/ Kolkatta.

DESIRED PROFILE: MBAs in Marketing/ Finance with 6 to 8 years of
experience in Relationship Management/ Investment Products/ Banking.
Complete understanding of equity, insurance, mutual funds and other
wealth management products. Must have significant experience in
dealing with decision makers. Top-order written and verbal
communication skills. An innovative approach, and ability to deliver
results in a fiercely competitive environment. Must have high
energy, along with influencing and impacting skills. Must be
entrepreneurial, hands on and possess a proactive approach.
