Title: Senior Trader-Structured Products
Reporting: Head Structured Products
Location: Bangalore
Qualifications: BE with relevant experience or CA/MBA
Experience and role:
1. The person(s) we are looking for would be a trader with 6-10
years experience. He should have trading experience (preferably
relevant).
2. The incumbent should have worked/ working in Corporate
treasury, proprietary desk of a bank or equity brokerage firms.
3. The operating word is "proprietary" trading, where we want the
person to have traded a book and been responsible for the P/L.
4. The candidate should be very strong with numbers and should
have a flair for quantitative analysis.
5. He should possess the drive and the attitude to push the
business forward, both strategically as well as tactically.
6. Like any other trading role, strong administrative skills and
above average XL skills are a must.
