Position: VP/ AVP Institutional Sales-Insurances Vertical
Job Profile:
* The candidate will take P&L responsibility of the Insurance
vertical.
* He will be responsible for servicing existing clients and
getting empanelled with and generate business from new clients.
* Institutional sales with focus on corporates remitting money
from various geographies
* product development, strategy development, strategy execution &
nation-wide channel development for insurance business
* Develop and implement the overall business plans
* First year's revenue target will be Rs 1.5-2 crores.

* Must have a passion for the equity markets and a desire to make

* Must have a good fundamental and technical understanding of
stocks
* Must be customer centric with a very high service orientation.
* Must be a self starter with the ability to close transactions
and generate revenues.
* Must be outgoing and a good net-worker
* Must be a team player and be able to share ideas and work along
with research, other sales persons and the dealing team
Reports to Head Institutional Business
Qualification: MBA/ CA 3-5 years of experience in the market, of which
at least 2 years should be in sales.
