The candidate would be working as a Business Assistant (EA) to the Group President and would be working closely with him on the following businesses:
Financial Markets: Financial Markets (FM) at Yes Bank provides optimal client solutions in the form of products and services related to foreign exchange, derivatives, local currency debt, money markets and commodity advisory. This is a very exciting time for the group which is which is witnessing a triple digit growth year on year. The group has recently launched online FX tradingand has set up a dedicated Sales trading Desk for providing superior advisory services to the clients.
Financial Institutions Relationship Management (FIRM)- FIRM is a front facing business unit for the relationship development efforts of the bank with the Financial Institutions, supporting product delivery. The group is on the verge of launching international banking services covering banks, multilateral institutions, insurance companies, asset management companies, exchanges and NBFCs, private equity funds/venture capitalists and primary dealers in various geographies.
Investment Management group (IMG): IMG is the Central Product group supporting all Investment and Liabilities Product related needs of all Business Units (Corporate Banking, Business Banking, Retail Banking & FIRM). This group includes Liabilities, Wealth Management, Bancassurance, Direct Banking & Sales Effectiveness functions.
Job Profile:
The candidate would be responsible for business planning; tactical project execution; process & structure set up for the three business groups. This is a very important role where the candidate needs to have a 360 degree view of all these three business and is expected to co-ordinate & liaise with people across the bank for execution of specific initiatives for these functions. In the context of an evolving bank, this position also requires tremendous partnering and co-ordination skills to effectively achieve organizational objectives along with the ability to work on multiple unrelated assignments
An ideal candidate would be an Engineer/CA and MBA with 1-4 years of experience who in the long term is
- Interested in Global Financial Markets and looking to make a career as a treasury professional- FX/FI Sales and Trading , Balance Sheet Management , Risk Management
OR
- Interested in Front End relationship management role for Financial Institutions
OR
- Interested in taking up a Key Product Management Role in the bank catering largely to the growing Retail Business
