There is an opening with Internal Acquisition Decision
Science team within the Small Business Group (OPEN) at
American Express, Risk Management, Gurgaon.
The incumbent will be the OPEN base Cross sell point
of contact for OPEN Internal Acquisition decision
science team and take a lead in all projects in this
space.These positions will be responsible for driving
profitable acquisition strategies for the small
business group through incisive precision analytics.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Develop & implement Default , behavioral ,
Incremental CMV, Response models for all campaigns
across all channels in Internal Acquisition.
- Provide explanation of customer behavior through
customer profiling/segmentat ion.
- Constantly evaluate for new data source/elements to
improve decision science.
- Track and monitor the model performance and quickly
come up with recommendations.
- Partner with Marketing to improve targeting
strategy.
- Work closely in a cross functional environment to
productionalize decision science solutions
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED
- MBA or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics or
similar quantitative discipline.
- Skills desired :
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong on communication
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Must be highly self-motivated with demonstrated
ability to work proactively and independently to drive
results.
- Candidates with knowledge of SAS, SQL and American
express data and platforms will be preferred.
