There are two openings with Marketing Analytics team
in the Small Business Underwriting team at American
Express. (based out of Gurgaon)
Fundamental responsibilities entail leveraging
analytics to drive small business card Acquisition
results. These positions are very visible and provide
the opportunity to be a part of one of the fastest
growing business units at American Express and
showcase your ability to provide thought leadership
and drive results.
These positions will be responsible for driving
profitable acquisition strategies for the small
business group through incisive marketing analytics.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Answer strategic questions posed by small business
Marketing and Risk Leadership with insightful
analytics and actionable business recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and
effectiveness of small business card Acquisition.
• Liaise / partner with external consulting groups to
maximize organizational knowledge.
• Providing ongoing MIS to monitor the health of new
acquisition vintages from a response, spend, risk, and
overall profitability point of view.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED
· MBA from premier institute
·Must possess excellent analytical skills, solid
project management skills, Strong communication skills
and the ability to
work on multiple projects and work effectively in a
matrix environment.
· Knowledge about the credit card industry preferred
· Must be highly self-motivated with demonstrated
ability to work proactively and independently to drive
results
