Job Requirements
1) At least 2 yrs exp in consumer banking. Preferably
in the areas of Credit/Risk/ Collections/ Analytics
2) Good in analytical and conceptual skills,
3) Strong on quantitative analysis with decent comfort
in SAS, spead sheets, and other database tools
4) High-level of inter-personal skills,
5) Strong in initiative and drive to make change
happen
Nature of Work: Would be working in the strategy team
on strategies for collections and portfolio for both
secured and unsecured assets-Cards, PL, Auto, Home
Loan etc. It involves formulating high impact
initiatives through rigor of analysis, business
judgement and implementing the same at a national
level.
