energetic & needless to say, intelligent professionals to head its brand and
communications vertical in Delhi.

Brand and Communications Head
Location: Delhi
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Delhi
Work exp required: 4-6 yrs. A minimum of 3 to 4 yrs relevant work-ex in
brand & marketing communications.
This person will be responsible for the following:
1. Developing and implementing the brand strategy for the Delhi market. This
would involve working on the brand identity which would include the
visual identity, positioning, brand attributes and the likes. This would
also involve close monitoring of all our brand points to ensure consistent
and coherent presentation of our brand.
2. Developing and implementing the communication strategy for the Delhi
market. This would involve -
- Working closely with Product, Event verticals to develop communication
briefs
- Working closely with our creative partners in developing strategic and
tactical communication for our brand.
- Media planning & Implementation to ensure wide and effective reach.
- Performance management: creative, media partners
3. Working closely with our circulation, events and product vertical to
generate ideas which help in building our brand equity. This would involve
contests & ground level promotions
4. Measure performance of the brand against competition: working closely
with the research team.
5. Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of budgets
across various marketing activities. This would involve regular assessment
of marketing P&L, working along with other marketing verticals -
product/activation team to ensure effective utilization of funds.
