Assistant Vice President Operations - Collection Process
Educational Qualification: MBA
Total experience: 7 -12 years
The incumbent should be working in a BPO as an AVP Operations for at least 1 year
Should be working in a BPO for at least 1 - 5 years in a Collections Process
Should be working as a supervisor for at least 4-6 years
Should have good experience in BPO operations
Excellent communication skills
Stable career
Willing to work in Night Shifts
