Assistant Vice President - IT Project Management & relationship mgmt
The incumbent will have to expand its leverage of offshore outsourcing with 2-3 primary vendors in an accelerated fashion throughout 2007/2008. By the end of 2007 the client expect to be leveraging 600+ application development resources with our current application vendors. Additional leverage for their BPO needs will increase this number even more.
Educational qualification: BE/ Btech/ M.tech
Total Experience: 8 - 12 years
Job Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore
The incumbent should be working as a Sr Manager / AVP - IT for at least 1 year in a leading BPO.
Should have knowledge of building start-up offshore center from ground level.
Should have experience in all phases of applications and software product development and support cycle in multi platform/ database and language environment.
Should have experience in financial validation.
Experience in driving process improvement opportunities to increase the financial transparency and expression of technology impact on the company.
Should be a good supervisor, mentor.
Ability to meet project and delivery commitments.
Program and Project Mgmt experience. Understand the project mgmt process and software development lifecycle.
Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced fun environment.
Should have worked on International assignments
