Position: - Senior Director – IT
Profile Expectation :-
The professional: -
- Should have a BE/B.Tech/ME/ M.Tech/MCA/ MBA/MS/M.Sc( CS)
preferably from premier institutes with consistently good academic record.
- Should have atleast 16 years of work experience in the IT
Software Services Industry with Top Tier IT Software Services MNC’s with at
least 12 years of experience in the BFSI Services space with atleast 2 years
experience in an organization level leadership role managing atleast
about 700 people preferably with P&L responsibility.
- Must have excellent leadership skills and influencing skills
- Must have good analytical skills with both process and
customer focus
- Should be good business acumen with appreciation business
drivers in the IT off-shoring space.
- Should have strong interpersonal, project management and organizational skills, along with excellent written communications
skills.
- Should have the ability to work across business and system groups
at all levels.
Job Responsibilities: -
The Professional: -
- Would participate in developing the strategic direction and goals
for the entire organization with operational accountability for own business
unit.
- Initially would be responsible for delivery units based in Chennai
and as the Chennai center grows well, will be responsible for strategic
as well as operational aspects of the delivery unit.
- Would be responsible for setting the strategic direction and driving the operation delivery for the business unit.
- Would be responsible to provide leadership and direction to
the team while ensuring focus on the delivery to meet the customer
requirements.
- Would communicate directly with the extensive customer base
to understand customer requirements, priorities, and budgets.
- Would monitor the quality and timeliness of the deliveries to
ensure the services provided.
- Would work with the appropriate organizations within the
company to secure the commitment and resources required to support the
initiatives.
- Would work towards growing the business by identifying
opportunities and building capability.
- Would be responsible for performance management for the team.
