Assistant Vice President - Quality (Master Black Belt)
Total Experience: 8 - 13 years
Industry Preference: ITES/ BPO
Process Experience: Banking and financial services / Investment Banking/ Equity/ Fixed Income.
Should be Black Belt Certified.
Location: Delhi/NCR
The incumbent will be responsible for standardizing and continuous improvement of the process. Will have to train and mentor people on Six Sigma. Get involved in strategic planning along with other business leaders.
The incumbent should be working as Assistant Vice President/ Head Quality in a leading BPO for at least 1year
Should have experience in Strategic Planning/ Process Improvement/ Cost reduction.
Should have experience in improving organisations DNA.
Should have used statistical and analytical tools towards improving process and operational performance.
Identify re-engineering & continuous improvement opportunities
Establish &manage projects to deliver improvement opportunities
Should be Master Black Belt Certified/ Master Black Belt Trained
Should have strong experience in Six Sigma Quality
Ability to work on international assignments & build relationship with international clients
Ability to work under pressure
Should be smart & have good project mgmt skills
Excellent communication
Should have a stable career
