Assistant General Manager - Finance & Accounts Operations
Total Experience: 8 - 14 years after post graduation
Educational qualification: CA- 1st attempt or 2nd attempt only / MBA from a Premier B-School
Location: Delhi/NCR
The incumbent should be working as Sr. Manager / AVP/ AGM - Finance & Accounts Operations for at least 1 year
Should have 3 - 6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts operations
Should have good experience in all activities related to finance & accounts
Should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience
Should have good exposure in US GAAP & SOX.
Should have worked on international assignments
Should have led a big team
Should have some experience in Six Sigma
Excellent communication skills
Ability to influence people
Good leadership skills
Analytical bent of mind
High on energy
Stable career
