Assistant General Manager - HR
The incumbent will be responsible for design, implementation, administration and operation of high value quality human resources programs, practices and procedures to all levels of personnel. Assists in the integration of complex business factors to build business capability, develop leaders, succession plan and drive business change efforts. Administers programs designed to establish and maintain effective employee relations through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures.
Educational Qualification: MBA HR - regular (From Premier B-School)
Total experience: 8 - 12 years
Preferred Sector: Service Sector Only
Location: Gurgaon
The incumbent should be working as Sr. Manager/ AVP/ AGM HR in a leading MNC for at least 1 years
Should have experience in supervising all HR activities.
Should have good experience in Strategic planning & implementing of same
Should have at least 4 years of experience in HR generalist role.
Should have at least 3 - 5 years of supervisory experience
Should have at least 7 - 10 years of experience in US/ European MNC.
Excellent communication skills
Good people mgmt skills
Good convincing skills
Smart, assertive & energetic.
